Teachers, policemen, accountant, muse, electrician engineer and etc. Professionalism may speak of employment by being financially secured somewhat but until to what extent? For example a teacher used to receive a monthly income of 30 thousand per mo nth but later she/he was fired in a company that he/she is working because of bankruptcy. Another example her comes a business man who work on online business at first it got so well and very rewarding but later on the sales got so low and experience financial failure. From the given example which do you think is the best? To be employed or to be in business?
Professionalism or being employed. You study hard, harder and and burn the midnight oil to prove that you are professional and enough to be employed. It is a linear path to where you should start from the lowest level to the highest level of position you dream for. A teacher should graduate first, study again and again to become teacher II, III, IV, Master teacher I, II, III, and IV, principal, dean, doctor and supervisor and to think you are receiving specific amount of salary. You might grasping your breath reading this long way, well it is true because you are near to losing up your sanity at the age of 60 and too old to retire and enjoy the world. On the other hand talking about business is choosing the shortest way to success though it is too risky you should arm yourselves with a wide business/monetary knowledge and skills as well as determination. To engage in business is like a game or gamble, you may lose or win, so you need to be wise to attain the highest possibility of success. In it, you are the boss, you don't have any companion or co workers to prove yourself with. You can expand your profit if you're innovative enough unlike being employed and stuck in the same amount of salary.
Employment or being in a business? Both are pathways to success. there is no easy way to any place worth going. In this world of uncertainty we should be wise enough. Now that you've done reading this. stop too much planning and start doing. Be limitless and aim for more.
